Gosh, almost Valentine's Day. That means almost time to buy yourself chocolates and not be ashamed of eating the whole heart shaped box in one sitting. (You deserve it!) No, I'm just kidding. I know a lot of people despise this holiday and say it's so we spend money because if we love a person, we should show them this kind of love everyday... that's true, I guess. But you know, it's kind of nice to have a designated day that to both people in the relationship it, hopefully, has some significance to the day! But, you know, that's just me. I'm a hopeless romantic. What can I say? In today's blog, I'm gonna give you some outfit inspiration for a date you have planned with a special someone or maybe you're hanging with your gals this year. STAG is so in. 2019 is all about your happiness, duh. Disclaimer: No matter what your relationship status is, these outfits are supposed to make you feel fierce and powerful in your own skin. Feel free to tweak these to your own body type, color palette, and taste level. Fashion is your friend. This look is for a casual date night out on the town. Maybe bowling, rollerskating, ice cream... fun, cute stuff like that. Red, because well, *festive* am I right? I just think this look is so effortless and edgy. Ripped jeans are my go to while the teddy bear jacket will keep you nice and warm when you walk outside where you've just had a fun night with your boo. This is for my dressier ladies up in here! If what's on the menu is a romantic mid-day park picnic or brunch this outfit is check, check, check, all of the above. A girly lace hemmed A-line dress is so in style for romantic getaway picnics. (Ugh, how cute) This outfit is giving me-- Blair Waldorf vibes - except for there's no iconic headband. Only rule with this outfit - bring extra flat shoes to walk in the grass. 😉 This is for my ladies in a warmer temperature! I know it's snowing up in Seattle right now, but feel free to change this to a printed blouse, jeans, and a jacket to add! If you and your boo are going to see a movie like "Isn't It Romantic" or one that's already out, this outfit is sweet, casual, and comfortable. Heels won't hurt since you'll be sitting down most of the time! A printed dress with a cozy sweater cardigan is perfect for a dinner date. Thigh highs pull the look together for sure! A girly yet comfy look to rock into that nice restaurant your boo is taking you too. Just get a bib if you feast on messy foods. 😉 Who said you can't be lazy and cute? If you guys need a chill night in with bae, Netflix-ing and binging on your favorite show together, this is the perfect outfit. An over-sized sweater, soft leggings, and hair in a messy bun makes for a cute casual look! Make-up is not included if you don't want to! Don't forget to cuddle up and drink some hot cocoa. Anyways, comment down below what your plans are for Valentine's Day! A date with bae? A date with your friends? Whatever it is, have fun and remember to feel amazing in your own skin! Remember that all of these outfits can totally be manipulated to how you like it. Feel free to switch colors, mix and match ideas, and love yourself. Be sure to send me pictures of your outfits if you choose to take inspiration from me! As always, love you all so much. XOXO,
